FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in the year 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is found in the biggest industrial place in northern Italy. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide range of presses, forklifts, farming equipments and prefabrication molds.
The company started crane production in 1963. Eventually, the company pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru presently manufactures and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These equipments are engineered and designed for various uses and there are units available to cover all construction needs.
FMgru has some really flexible lifting options for smaller companies working on private homes and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other units. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are really adaptable and user friendly. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are standard tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are equipped with 12000 kg capacity. These cranes are specifically designed to work in restricted locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are found near each other.
