Used Doosan Large Capacity Forklifts Concord

In today's construction and manufacturing industries, the forklift is a vital tool. The companies which use forklifts would understand their significance, their functional needs, and the safety aspects involved in forklift applications. Forklifts are a good investment that can increase workplace productivity and efficiency.

Significance
Forklifts are a very effective way to move goods. They are a modern way to move goods and materials in a wide range of settings. Forklifts are used to transport bulky and heavy objects that would otherwise have to be transported manually in smaller units.

Function
The racks of the lift truck can normally reach as high as 9 to 12 meters allowing for the efficient use of maximum storage capacity in numerous warehouse or retail stores. The forks move down and up by a telescopic hydraulic cylinder on the lift truck mast. Various sets of hydraulic cylinders are utilized in order to tilt the mast and shift it to the side, for positioning. A telescopic hydraulic cylinder is an attachment that enables an even higher lift using a hydraulic cylinder system which works much like a telescope. Each and every section slides inside the other similar to sections of a telescope.

Features
Separate levers control the up and down, tilt, and side shift. To raise the forks, the operator pulls back on the up and down lever. To lower the forks, the operator pushes the lever forward. Tilt the load back by pulling back the lever, push it forward to tilt the load forward. The side shift lever controls the forks right and left movement. Not like cars, forklifts steer from the rear tires. This allows the forklift to turn in a very small radius. The transmission reverse and forward controls are located on the steering column.
